Einfacher Ablauf
Collect sample
Use fresh feline venous whole blood or EDTA-anticoagulated whole blood.
Dilute 1:40
Mix 10 uL blood sample with dilution buffer.
Load sample
Add 3 drops of the mixed sample into the sample well.
Read at 10 min
Interpret the C / B / A line combination.
Ergebnisinterpretation
Type A
C line and A line appear; B line is absent.
Type B
C line and B line appear; A line is absent.
Type AB
C, B and A lines all appear.
Invalid
No C line: retest with a new device.
